Thanks! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ nice flavor *by J***J on June 21, 2020* Not your average chilli powder. deserves a place in every spice cabinet ### ⭐⭐⭐ Not as advertised - Mixed with salt *by A***R on February 19, 2021* Purchased this for making dry cure Calabrian sausages, believing it was 100% powdered Calabrian peppers as shown in the advert photo. The description did not say it is mixed with salt. For making sausage, knowing the exact salt content is key to a proper cure and taste. Also, is the salt iodized, non-iodized, sea salt, kosher, etc? Each has its own properties, some of which you don't want in sausage. Of course I noticed this was pepper and salt after I opened the tub! The tub is expensive for a cheap ingredient salt mix. Three stars because the pepper is spicy and potent, but still false advertising.
