Demon possessed fruit
This thing freaks me out. I swear it’s been talking to the cucumber in the bowl next to it

Ordering groceries? Rethink the tomato.
The tomatoes are a hit or miss. Sometimes come carefully packaged and arrive in good condition. Other times placed in the bags freely, without consideration. I think everyone knows tomatoes are easily crushed. Maybe some more training is needed about bagging certain items when they are sent out for delivery. As for the tomato itself it’s good but they alternate brands and not always the same taste. The whole thing is a gamble.

Not Like Home Grown, but...
...these were very good tomatoes! I'm not a fan of tomato juice or tomato sauce, but I do love fresh tomatoes! I usually grow my own tomatoes, but right now, I can't, and I wanted a few to put on veggie burgers. I ordered organic tomatoes from Whole Foods, but allowed conventional as a substitution. The taste of these, while not quite up to par with my homegrown tomatoes, was surprisingly delicious for conventionally grown commercial tomatoes. I am a real tomato connoisseur, so I do know what I'm talking about. These were great on my family's veggie burgers, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy them again. I wouldn't use them for my tomato sandwiches with Duke's mayo and plenty of pepper (only homegrown will work for those), but added to veggie burgers, they really were quite tasty. I think they'd be pretty good on a salad as well. Until I start growing my own tomatoes again, or when mine are out of season, these will do just fine.

Hot-House Raised Tomato, Average Taste/Quality, Delivered In Very Good Condition
I got a couple of these hot-house tomatoes as part of a Whole Foods delivery order. The tomatoes delivered were pretty much typical: not the taste or texture of summer tomatoes. And as I expected. Still good for what they are. When getting delivered groceries for me the delivery is part of what I’m buying. These were delivered perfectly – not bruised or damaged in any way. These met my expectations and delivery was flawless. I didn’t have unrealistic expectations and they were full met getting 5 stars from me.

Normally, not a tomato fan.
I do not like ketchup. I do not like the taste nor texture of eating a tomato raw. I do not like chunky salsa. I can make room for marinara on some days, but normally that is the only tomato product I can deal with. But, I had a recipe for Ratatouille. And it called for some tomatoes. I was at first incredibly opposed to the idea. I even took it out on my pillow. I apologized to my pillow, and I promised I would never do that again. My pillow is made of feathers, so you gotta treat it nice.Anyway. I caved, and ordered the tomatoes. I didn't know exactly how to handle a tomato, but watched a very good YouTube tutorial. Do not eat the green part. The ratatouille bubbled and simmered for a good hour before I got the courage to put the tomatoes in. However, I did add the tomatoes and the ratatouille turned out real good. I don't know if it was because of the tomato or if it was because of the eggplant, zucchini, red bell pepper, orange bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, yellow squash, thyme, basil, salt or pepper. It might have been the combination. I feel my stance on tomatoes has changed slightly. I have had a number of good days since consuming the tomatoes, though I'm not sure if it is a direct result from the tomatoes. I am sleeping sound with my pillow again, and have kept good on my promise to be kind (an apology without change, is just manipulation). I have not gotten the hang of tomato spelling yet. Why is it spelled tomato, but when plural has an added "E" (tomatoes)? But all has been good. I would recommend this tomato.

Maybe they gave me wrong item
The tomato’s I expected to be medium Apple size.. what I got were 3 golf ball size tomato’s that bordered on cherry or Roma size..(they are almost smaller than a 1/4 measuring cup). they were nice and red and ripe but if I had known the were that small I would have gone with a beefsteak tomato instead. The slices for my sandwich are going to be the size of pickles lol .

Not cheap, but tasty
Decent tomatoes. Flavor was unusually good - usually we buy whatever's on sale, but got these as a "treat" - they did taste good

Only 2 tomatoes on the vine
I've ordered these before and I've gotten what I paid for... I ordered 2 (vines) thinking I would get six for 1.99 a pound. I only got two tomatoes on a vine... what the heck! I could have went somewhere else and got more tomatoes on a vine than I did here.
