Worked great!! *by S***. on February 2, 2023* VIDEO IS HOW THE WASHER WORKS/SOUNDS AFTER INSTALLING THE KIT I usually don't write reviews but this kit saved me from having to buy a new washer! I replaced the drive belt a month ago and thought I bought the right one. The washer made the worst noise while agitating (but would spin with no problem). Initially, we thought it was the transmission. After reviewing a number of YouTube videos we decided to try this kit first. We decided to make sure the kit came from Alliance. I couldn't believe the recently purchased belt as it was completely chewed up. Even though the seller listed that it could be used for the #38174 it definitely didn't work! This kit came sealed and stated "Genuine Parts" from Alliance Laundry Systems. #959P3. It took some time installing it but watching another YouTube video, I was able to install it myself (and I'm not a professional by any means!). The washer works great and even spins better than it did before (an extra perk). With all of that said, I would definitely recommend this product and will purchase from these sellers again if needed. (Hopefully not for a very long time though... ha!)
