I initially thoughts about returning this golden shoe, because the heel slipped, and it felt a little too narrow at the toes. But otherwise it provided an understated elegance to my outfit, and was just such great value, so I decided to keep it. I broke in the shoe in the week before I was planning to wear it, by wearing it with thinner socks indoors. On the day of the celebration, I was able to effortlessly wear this pretty gold slipper-like shoe, that worked well with my glam outfit but did not overshadow it. I would recommend this shoe. I am not sure how it's durability is, and being gold, I will only be wearing it occasionally, but it was a good, practical and elegant purchase, and felt comfortable all evening.
