Product is compliant with all Health & Safety regulation in UK and EU. Finish Shades may slightly be different from those seen on the pictures it is just a game of lights when the picture was taken and display of your monitor. This is Brand New product supplied by us and it is complete with all standard manufacturer's parts and accessories, in its original packaging. 12 months manufacturer's guarantee. Product comes flat packed. Assemble required (2 people recommended). Delivery will be made by us within from 3 to 5 weeks and product will be checked by buyer at our presence to make sure there is no damage. In case of any damage in transit any part will be replaced - not a problem. Just take a picture of it and report it to us. Customer to sign for delivery. Returns Accepted but buyer pays return postage. Product must be returned in its original packaging and in the condition it was delivered to the customer. We can arrange for collection if needed.
