This fits the bill. It is nice solid wood, a good shape, and goes well with my decor. I like the handles in case I want to carry it with drinks, and the high sides. The four coasters that came with it are okay; however, I might try to attach some sort of backing so that they don't slide around so much. The shrink wrap isn't enough to keep it safe. It's a rich dark walnut color. Real wood. No smell, and perfect size for 3 candles and a plant.
