It is very light metal, two equal concave parts with carved teeths to close your dumplings, etc. that are linked together like an articulation. Super easy to use, place your round dough in the center, fill it with whatever you want, let half an inch around on the edge of the dough. The edge can be slightly humidified with a little bit of water to help the adherence. Now close your dough cutter, press, and open!
