Then peel off the other side and attach to clothes/skin.Once you attach it, that's where it's gonna be. If you didn't get it quite right, it's better to just peel that one off and start over because it won't stick as well after being adjusted. But once it's on, it will hold on tight and it won't move for anything - sweat, friction, motion, nothing. These little tapes are a life saver!Removal is easy, just peel.... They do hurt quite a bit to remove (think peeling off bandaids as a kid) but that's the price you pay for getting clothes to stay where you want them. That said, I have yet to have any issue at all removing them from my clothes.
