This is an original photograph taken by WCM Photography. This photograph is printed on a sheet of aluminum that is coated with a special receptive layer. The printing is via dye infusion of the receptive layer. The finished high gloss photograph comes with a bamboo stand for display. These are small in size and intended for the office desk, credenza, coffee table, or book case. 
 
 The advantages of this printing method are: 
1. The colors are extraordinarily vibrant and the depth of the coating gives photos a luminous quality that no paper print can achieve. The best reason to buy an "aluminum" print is for the incredible look. 
 2. Because the image is infused into and not onto the special coating that covers the aluminum, the prints have an archival value and durability without the need for a protective glass. In fact, aluminum prints are not only scratch-resistant, they are also waterproof.
