From California to me goes over high altitude zones and in my very first order in the middle summer heat combined with the altitude pressure caused a jar or two to leak a little bit. That was a one-time occurrence which has not happened since. Only other problem was a jar or two being a little too salty for my preference. I still like this product though, and my most recent order received a couple of days ago went well. The first jar I opened was probably the best yet, as it tasted remarkably fresh if that is even possible for a standard fermentation product. The cabbage also seemed chewy than previously.
