I suffer with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, an autoimmune disease that reeks havoc on my hair and nails, causing them to become dry, thin, and brittle. I discovered Biotin really helped improve the condition of my nails and hair, but its been difficult finding a good brand. Some worked, some didn't. The dosage was always less than 10,000, which meant I'd have to take 3-6 pills per day.Incite Biotin has been fabulous, yielding incredible results in a short period of time. My nails were in very bad shape, so much so that I kept them really short so people couldn't see how bad they looked. Within 3 weeks, they've grown strong, long, no splitting and no discomfort. I've seen some improvement in my hair, but the results are slower, which is to be expected. But there's improvement and that's the best news. This is my go to biotin from now on! I just hope they don't ever change this product. ### ⭐ Insane Bloating, Would Not Recommend! *by M***Y on May 20, 2016* Here's a little information about my experience with these pills. I recently started taking this biotin again since I found it sitting around in the cabinets with my other vitamins. I had used it in the past, but completely forgot about it. I took the first pill at night and by the next morning I felt disgustingly bloated. I had no idea what was causing it. When I checked my weight I had gained 2-3 pounds from what I weighed the previous morning! I'm extremely athletic, workout 5-6 days a week with weight training and cardio, and eat a very clean diet so the bloating was really noticeable to me. I thought maybe it was because I had been drinking so much water so I waited another day but felt even more bloated! It wasn't until then that I realized it was because of the biotin. The whole reason I'd stopped taking it in the past was because of the bloating. I've even read online about other women who gained 20-30 pounds after taking it for a long time. Do not take this product!! If you don't believe me I would at least do your research. I read several things online about other awful side effects. I started taking this to grow my hair out longer, but honestly having a good diet and drinking lots of water should help with hair health and growth. Also this is an extremely high dose. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Might Be Working *by B***Y on January 5, 2017* I have been using this for exactly 10 days straight. Product came in as described and arrived on time.I have not seen any hair growth (from the time span since I started using it) ----- short story: my hair was murdered at a salon and have not grown for a full 3 years (and still counting) main reason why I gave this product a try. BUT... I notice my hair got really soft and I mean SOOOOFT... and notice skin is glowing. I did not experience any bloating (well, I do bloat as a sign that mother nature is about to arrive). What I did was, on the first 2 days (night) I took the pill without food (before bed), the third day I was coughing and my chest was tightening. So I read the label and it says, take one pill before meal. After following that, no issues until this day.
