For example, when I received this I had to Google to figure out how to change the language from Chinese. Took some fiddling.Would buy again, even though expensive. I finally got fed up with Apple and it's refusal to play nice outside the walled garden. Such is the price of freedom.Edit 10/17/20Volume wheel no longer working correctly, a problem reported by other users (search audiophile forums). I use this player about once a week and treat it very carefully. At this price point, not acceptable. I have switched to Sony NW-A55/L and am happy. I was happy with the M0, but wanted something with a balanced headphone jack and a little bigger screen. The M2X fit that requirement perfectly. The interface is easy to use and the sound quality is very impressive for a unit at this price point.The unit is built very well. It feels solid in your hands with a smooth scrolling wheel and buttons that provide positive engagement without feeling loose.
