One month ago, I experienced a lot of back pain. I suspected the pain caused by my bad sitting posture and I had to sit for 8-10 hours every day to study for an important exam. That pain bothered me a lot and obviously reduced my efficiency. So, I found this on Amazon and gave it a shot. After wearing for a couple days, my back pain reduced. So, my original guess was correct. Although wearing this corrector is not as comfortable as wearing nothing, it did work to correct my posture and reduce my back pain. I found that running was helpful to reduce back pain too.

It works for me.I have bad posture and caused me lower back pain. (shoulder slump)Since i bought it, using it for 2 week now, 2 hour per day, i can say i been noticing better posture and less back pain.Pros: It correct shoulders bad posture. The straps are comfortable over a shirt. Use it as directed "2 hours per day"Cons: It looks like you have a backpack all the time. Yes you may feel a little uncomfortable while wearing it on the arm pit.

The item description says fit for men!? This is totally not true! Small kids and small women it might fit but not a full grown man. I think any product of this type should come in different sizes. Then they want to charge you a $6.00 return fee for a $13.00 product??? If you are 5" 3 or less this product may work for you. Anyone else don't bother. It will probably do you more harm than good.

As soon as I put it on, I felt the difference... feels more natural...as oppposed to working against the weight of my chest.. easy to put on and take off. The strap can make get a lil uncomfortable if you tighten the strap too much.

I sit in front of my computer all day and have back/shoulder pain all the time. One of my friends has a posture corrector, which she loves a lot. I tried hers and decided to get one for myself. This one is even better than hers. Hers is very heavy. This one is light and soft, keeps my shoulder in a correct posture. I plan to wear it often.

This is great!I have a pinched nerve from sitring at a desk with poor posture and did therapy for it. I wish they had something like this to recommend. I'm so glad i made this purchase. Im 5'9 & over 250lbs. This product still fits and is adjustable.

I'm female with a medium frame but I weigh 106 lbs at 5'3 height--- I had to tighten this all the way for it to fit snugly. The extra length of tightening those straps makes it uncomfortable under shirts, but fine over.

Good quality. Soft and easy adjustable.Just recently got it for my 8 yo son. He seems to like it.
