They arrived in a sturdy, moisture-resistant tote bag that contains a sliding lock pin to keep the bag closed. The quality of the bands are excellent. The 5 various resistance levels are just right for targeting a variety of muscle groups. The only caveat I would have is that, if you were to use these for a large/tall man (which I am), you might need to purchase slightly longer bands to adjust for body size. But the resistance and strength of the bands are fine for both men and women. Additionally, I thought it was a great added value for the average buyer that the bands include an exercise guide and also that common exercises are printed on the outside of the bands. To sum it up: I found these to actually be better than the higher priced Industry-standard bands used by therapists in most medical settings. I highly recommend and am very happy with this purchase.
