The trousers are triple needle stitched for extra garment strength and is made from hard wearing yet easy-care fabric. The flex knee construction provides ease of movement whilst the bottom loading knee pad pockets in abrasion resistant fabric with Velcro fastening, allow for knee pads to be inserted, to keep knees protected on harsh flooring. So in scaling the sizes I sent back and instead of waiting for the refund paid nearly double to get 32" waste which should (going by the 34" waist) be about my fit. But it turns out they are most likely a very tight 32" waist so now having to return those as well. They must have one of those stretchy tape measures!! That sometimes shrink! Great looking product, quality and styling but unfortunately no size fits 🤷‍♂️. I needed trousers that were as tough as the jacket, warm and durable. I work out in the damp cold crawling around on the floor under cars from home with just a basic tarp cover. So it get cold and wet. Along with the jacket theese trousers are ace. Tough, warm and durable. Space for knee pads which is great and plenty of good pockets with tight seals.
