I bought this product because I learn that would help my gluten and dairy free baking goods and yes indeed it did but be careful the first time I used I used too much and it did not turn well my bread just use one one 1/8 of a teaspoon for 1 cup of gluten free flour , but I do recommend this product.

Just received item today evening and when open gently, came to know that it was already opened and leaked. And also found some bugs inside. This is happened with last orders... what's going on ? It's a food item so it is really not acceptableIt's completely spoiled and i can't use it.
