I am now enjoying the perfect addition to my patio.It took an hour to assemble, but assembly was not difficult. I am 65-years-old and could manage it.I was worried about comfort because I am 5’11” and chubby. It looked too low to be able to get up without stumbling. Turned out it is quite comfortable and it’s easy to get up. No problems.This was an excellent purchase.August 15, 2020 Update -- After a while, I found the cushions become very uncomfortable if you sit more than 20 minutes. I am searching for either replacement cushions or a new, more comfortable love seat. ### ⭐ Poor Quality/Poor Customer Service *by T***3 on Reviewed in the United States on November 23, 2019* Very disappointed in this set. Cushions are made of such poor quality foam that they provide no cushioning: it’s like no cushion at all. I spent an additional $278 purchasing replacement foam. Seat covers are stained with either machine oil or grease. Foam inserts for back cushions fills only 2/3 of the fabric cover. The vacuum packed cushions will NOT fluff up in a few days. The plastic wicker material stinks from off-gassing. Since the company won’t pay for returns, save yourself the money and trouble and purchase from a local store where you’ll know what you’re purchasing .This set is just not worth it.Edit 11/30/19: As Amazon instructed, I sent an email to the company and would hear back from them in 2-3 business days. Crickets. The lack of quality and customer service makes this product a definite “No!” Shame on Amazon for allowing this treatment of their loyal customers! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A pain in the rear to put together, but worth it for the final product *by L***I on Reviewed in the United States on September 22, 2019* I was looking for a loveseat for our apartment's patio and found this one. It was perfect because our balcony isn't huge, and this was going to fit, unlike others i had found. The price was great too! When it came, it came in 2 boxes. Putting it together was honestly the worst. It took two people and there was one point where you had to screw a piece that required sticking your hand down a tight crevice in order to get there. Once the pieces were put together, it looked great and was crazy comfy too!My other downside besides the assembly process is the cushions. The color is beautiful and they claim to be waterproof, however if you leave them outside and it rains, the rain tends to just puddle up, and does sit in the ends of the cushions for a while.
