I've used this for several months now and it is working better than a more expensive one a friend of mine is using. I realize different people's bodies react differently. I like the smell because it is a natural herbal scent (not fakey perfume, which I'd hate), but it is a bit strong, not unlike the rosemary I have growing outside which is also strong scented, and I have left it on several hours without a problem. It is a bit messy so best to use it as per the instructions. I loved the packaging and use the bag for my hair things when traveling. I would order the shampoo and conditioner if I could afford them but maybe after I finish paying all the medical bills.
