In the daytime, it's a nice dark blue. At work, it's sits on a shelf in a room lit with regular light bulbs. Theres a noticeable reflection of iridescent colors that progresses as it becomes darker outside. It does glow if you take a picture of it with your flash on. Im not sure what kind of light you would have to be in for the glow to remain noticeable though? Maybe black light or blue light?
