Kept my shoulder from freezing as I was unable to get to therapy all the time as it was during covid!! I could do excercises at home standing or sitting, rope is adjustable and works great if tall or short, and the locks of the handle as it allow you to lock the wrist to be 100% passive movement -no using the shoulder muscles at all! Loved the fact I could go as little or as far as I wanted in the privacy of my home between PT visits. Defiantly would purchase this and my friend thanked me for getting this. Super easy to use!

**Q: Will this stay on the door if you open it?  I'm very short with bad shoulders - looking for one I can leave on a door that I use sometimes.  Thanks**
A: D.J. Yes, there us a over the door hook...I am short also...the therapist uses this also for his patients and the idea of course is to stretch the arm over the head and also use it for forward movements. The company also gives instructions. My broken arm, the part that connects to the shoulder, has almost 100% movement. I am well over 65 years and want whatever use for my remaining years! Worth the few extra dollars but use it daily! Good luck!

**Q: Does the standard version have the door hook?**
A: I believe the door hook only comes on the deluxe version.

**Q: Is the foam grip on both handles?  In the picture it appears to only be on one.**
A: Both grips are foam. One grip has an extra piece Thad the fingers can slip under to help hold on. I used mine a lot with both shoulder surgeries and it still looks new.

**Q: Do you need tools to install?**
A: Debra, you need NO tools to install besides your fingers. The metal hook just drops over the topof a convenient door. The pulleys just have a nylon strap that drops over the door hook.The pulley cord is finger adjustable from the hand grips, with an easy to use secure cord retainer. The instructions are pretty clear, and suggest various exercises and set up with the pulleys.     Phil

I bought 2 of these- 1 for me and 1 for a friend who also required shoulder surgery!! Kept my shoulder from freezing as I was unable to get to therapy all the time as it was during covid!! I’m using it for therapy for a rotator cuff tear. The only complaint is that the over the door hook doesn’t extend far enough from the door. It’s a little too close to exercise very well. I put it on a home gym so I can sit down to use it.
