I only could manage 2 days and realised it may not take as well or for as long but I’m pleased with the results. I have naturally curly and frizzy hair and I need to blow dry my hair all the time. If it’s humid or damp out it starts to curl within seconds (think of Monica from Friends “It’s the humidity”). I’ve washed my hair quiet a few times since doing it and it’s more manageable, silky, less frizzy but it still has movement and some wave in my hair which I like. I have long hair and still have enough to do a second treatment in a few months. If you buy this then give your self plenty of time to apply the treatment exactly as the instructions say and leave it on for the 3 days if you can.
