The squeeze is very supportive. It's very adjustable and it seems well made.It's made from heavy duty elastic, Has 3 rows of hook and eye attachments on 3 thick straps, It is really just strong thick strong elastic, and Bra strap hooksThe only thing I didn't like was hooking all the hooks.
