And I also am one of those people that doesn’t like to get my hands dirty but you really do need to take a significant amount and sort of rub it on both hands and massage it into your breasts.It’s incredible how well this works, if you have PMS symptoms that cause breast tenderness like I’ve dealt with for years, Peri-menopause, menopause or wearing the wrong bra or like me and make me the mistake of dancing around without a bra and if you’re well endowed that hurts a lot the next day :) not recommended! But sometimes if you’re in the mood to exercise it’s kind of hard to go put on a sports bra and miss The moment.So I don’t know all the herbal ingredients and why and how they help I usually do more research but this stuff is just like literally two minutes ago I used it and the pain is gone. If you don’t know what that is please research it because it’s important to know your anatomy especially as the ad things!But I will say that because society is so focused on tight pelvic muscles for women it is so dangerous to go out and try to do Keagle exercises if anything I probably got the pain from that. But I did everything for my hysterectomy to all kinds of crazy diagnoses and I wish I had a form on here so you could ask questions if you have them. Just let me say one thing after all the providers and hospitals I travel to I found an amazing year gynecologist at Mass General Hospital and this woman knew her stuff and my issue is not even related to a urology problem. Never in 1 million years would I think injecting Botox into that area of your body along with trigger point injections would really give your relief to do physical therapy and if you’re lucky enough not to physical therapy but I didn’t think it was gonna work and it did!!!I’m sorry that I’m going off here on a tangent I just find that whenever I have a platform to express what’s going on with me and it might help one person reading this then I really have to do that!So this stuff should be added to my list of things that help with pain because yes it’s not the nicest send it’s like a essential oil type of sand where are you know some people use a lot of essential oil’s and there’s a mixed smell.
