I tried all the features. The water gets very hot, the bubbles just very gently vibrate the water and the massage feature grinds the feet. Overall, I am pretty satisfied for the price.Pros- Very hard massage on the feet- The rollers are automatic, so you don’t have to do anything- Exceptionally hot water- Timer- Easy drain plug- The handle makes it easy to roll once filled.- Configuration and buttons/display are easy to use.- Just the warm water feature is very comfortable at the end of the massage if you choose to sit in the water and rest your feet. The water is exceptionally hot.Cons- I’m approximately 5 foot tall and the back of the massage rest grinds into my calf when I sit comfortably. I have to use a piece of foam or a towel, so it doesn’t dig into my leg.. this was pretty high on my list as a negative. Didn’t realize that until I actually used the unit.- The rollers make it hard to stay back towards the chair or sofa where you were sitting. You constantly have to pull back your knees in order for the unit to stay in place.- The frequency doesn’t really do anything. There’s three settings that don’t really change the vibration of the water very much.- ** this was pretty high on my list ** There is no massage setting, so the intensity stays the same. The intensity can be a bit harsh when you have very sore feet. I have a landscape job and I walk on my feet all day.- The bubbles are nearly useless. They just slightly vibrate the water.- The ultraviolet light I suppose kill the germs, but is kind of useless.Overall, the product was a little expensive, but it does massage your feet and take some of the pain away. This is just my subjective feeling.The control panel makes sense and is easy to use.It's intelligently designed to be relatively easy to move and empty.It's not ugly for what it is.The Bad:I almost returned it because the first time I used it I got a small blister on the ball of my right foot from pressing it too hard into the motorized massaging balls. Since it was great otherwise, I tried again, being less aggressive about pressing the balls of my feet down into the massager. No more blisters and still a great massage.The center heating element, although protected by plastic, does get quite hot. When this thing's really cooking, if you touch that with your foot, you'll know it, but I'm guessing most of these are like that.The bubbles are kinda silly and kinda nice. Kinda silly because you can't actually feel them. Kinda nice because the sound and vibration they make give a little bit of a jacuzzi or hot tub feeling, except without powerful jets. I'm guessing that's the case with any of these at this price point.If I were considering this as a gift, I'd consider the person. I wouldn't choose this for a person with diminished capacities because of my safety concerns. For a careful adult, it's really pretty great. Very effective. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best I've tried *by T***O on May 9, 2021* I HATE the Conair foot baths. I spent quite some time trying to pick out a good luxury product after returning the Conair. I thought the waterfall was dumb and the bubbles were the way to go, but I'm pretty sure I was way off. I kept the bubble model, but it's kinda pointless. You don't feel it much and it mostly just helps circulate the warmed up water. The waterfall would probably feel great on your feet. So keep that in mind if you're a die hard bubble lover too.The little box for salts is dumb. I just removed that. The tub is akward to rinse due to its size and weight. I also read the reviews that it's a nightmare to store. I thought it wouldn't be a problem given I have ample closet space, but oh boy was I wrong. It's now in my coat closet because it literally doesn't fit anywhere else.That's where the complaints end. This machine is GREAT. It keeps the water warm. Without the bubbles it can get a bit hot by the toes though. Not a big deal to me at all. Definitely start with warm, but not too hot water. It heats quickly enough, but you can't start from room temp. It takes forever to cool down and will beep the whole time until it does cool. You can just power it off and let it sit. The controls are pretty easy as well. The cord is nice and long, without being annoying.It's not too loud even with the bubbles and massage balls going, which is amazing compared to how loud just the bubbles were on the Conair.The wheels and handles are sturdy. It was a bit rough to get the wheels in all the way. I had to ask my boyfriend for help on that.The massage feature is very nice. I thought I was going to hate it, but I couldn't find any good ones without them. I was honestly surprised how nice they were. I went from not wanting them, to using them every single time.The water level covers both mine and my boyfriend's ankles. Neither of us have issues fitting our feet (size 9 women's and size 10.5 men's, wide).I would highly recommend this. I would have returned it in a heart beat if I didn't love it. I was determined to find a great foot bath and I did! I only took a star away to caution against thinking bubbles are best.
