Good, but there's a catch
I usually go barefoot, but in the winter my feet get really cold. Normally I don't like to wear shoes because when I kick my foot gets stuck due to the friction cause by the sole, or it's too loose and my foot slides around causing me to loose my balance (but not enough to where I would fall over). In all it's annoying to deal with these things, so if it's not too cold I will end up taking them off and teach the rest of the class barefoot. Here's my thing, if you are looking for a pair of shoes that you can lounge in, these are the ones. If you are going to be running make sure you go a size down (although it might be too small) so that you're foot doesn't slide around. Last but not least, make sure that you know exactly what you are looking for in a shoe. This shoe has too much rubber on the soles, and way too much space to slide around. I though I had a good fitting pair, 7.5 which was comfortable, form fitting yet when I would pivot my foot, it would get stuck and throw me off. That to me is enough to stick with my old adidas pairs.
