You get 60 chews 500mg of calcium in each chew, so, I take to two chews a day to get 1000mg of calcium plus I have plant based yogurt and almond milk that brings up the total of daily calcium to a little over 1200mg. The chews are easily digested and no upset. I don't like chalky taste of other calcium sippliments and swallowing pills is a hassle. I did try the strawberry blast which I'm not a fan of... it has a strawberries and cream flavor.
