The reason I think you should not use it is that it turns white, sort of bleaching the concrete to its original white color. You would end up with a big white spot **Q: Will this product work if I have already tried a degreaser and laundry detergent on a very large oil stain (half of a parking space)?** A: It depends on the degreaser, some are harsher than others and can be harmful to the microbes in the product, leading to not so great results. A degreaser can damage Asphalt, so hopefully you are talking about a concrete area, rather than an asphalt area. But, if you have dried caked-on oil covering the surface of the concrete it must be scrubbed away and removed prior to using TERMINATOR-HSD. Keep in mind that this product is a stain remover, not a "volume of oil" remover. The product must have access to the pores of the concrete to work effectively.
