The shampoo was thick and luxurious. It also smelled very nice and added volume and shine to my hair. I reordered it last week and it is completely different. The shampoo is not thick, but very liquidy and has no fragrance. After washing my hair, and blowing it out, it was dry, frizzy, and difficult to work the brush through while blow drying. I am convinced that this product has been watered down, as the results the second time around are like night and day. I am extremely disappointed by this, as I thought I had found a reasonably priced sulfate and paraben free shampoo that would preserve the integrity of my keratin treatments. ### ⭐ Made hair even FRIZZIER! The whole set comes in a large plastic-wrapped cardboard box, inside the box is a large plastic insert to keep the bottles from rattling around. Each bottle is shrink-wrapped with more plastic. Each bottle also has the peel-off cover inside the caps and lids.
