I was impressed. I bought the widest I can find and I was shocked at the price but now, it seems almost irrelevant because I get results with these that I get with no other frying pan. As a result, I've bought 4 of these now. We have other frying pans but when I need heat to sear meat or sauté potatoes so they've got a crunchy exterior, these are the the only pans for the job.
