The sticking is precise and the latch works very well! It is comfortable and nice.The watch: The glass is clean no scratches, outer metal casing is great! The watch mechanics all work properly and the timing of the watch is within (+-0.08 sec) of a second! It is great! The interior of the watch looks very nice and I enjoy the design of it. The watch quality is amazing, the pieces are matched differently in sets to each hour. The watch itself is a little heavy. I wish it were a model with water resistance as I am inclined to take it off when I shower. The "charge" it holds when I wear it lasts about 3 days, the movement in the watch makes a little noise but is really quiet (like if your not in a silent room its almost impossible to hear it.)
