The stabiliser included was also great and held the monitor nicely and prevented wiggle movement. The only issue I needed to sort was to cut the stabiliser bolt length to shorten. This was something specific to the particular monitor arm I was attaching to. The bolt was too long for my particular set up and got in the way of my arm movement. This was simple enough to sort with a hacksaw.
