Face scrub, bath soak, foot detox, you can find a use for this on the internet for all kinds of things including toothpaste love brushing my teeth with this clay I just add a little water and it cleans and remineralizes my teeth like no other. I mix the clay with my Raw Kefir Milk and make toothpaste out of it. I keep it in my mouth for 2 to 3 minutes and then I spit it out, I don't risen my mouth and leave it in there with the probiotic bacteria and the clay with all the minerals to restore and get rid of cavities and gum issues.
