I did it to myself which had some drawbacks, it wasn’t way to see where I was putting it and once I had done it the earring has plastic on both the front and back which need to be removed, easy to do but you can’t remove the gun until it is untangled so it is definitely worth having someone there to help. But it was relatively pain free and far easier than I had expected. Three weeks on my earrings are still in place and I have had no complications at all. Total bargain compared to getting it done by someone. I really want to do higher up my ear but I am scared of doing that myself!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent kit, used on lip and tragus, 100% recommend! *by M***S on 26 September 2019* I bought these to pierce my lip (monroe) and my ear (tragus). I was wary at first as guns are only meant to be used on earlobes and noses but I did a lot of research and there are loads of successful piercings done with guns. I didn't have the guts to do it myself so got my partner to do them and it was so quick and painless! The butterfly back automatically goes on and the casing around the stud falls off as they're single use. The tip of the stud is very sharp and went straight through in a millisecond.
