By all means give them a try, easy prep work and cleanup! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very good, with some safely issue *by S***E on October 28, 2015* The noodles, by themselves, are great -- exactly as I expected, the thick traditional Japanese Udon. So good that I have been eating them almost everyday for the past month. The problem, however, are the seasoning packs: half of them are wet. Yes, the seasoning, which are supposed to be in powder form, are wet, and I had to use chopsticks to dig the thick paste out from their package. If it's moist, then I guess their seasoning package is not air-proof, which is a minus on food safely. I have no idea what bacteria are in there. Some fungus even. If it's in there from the beginning, then it's even worse -- I have no idea what the liquid is.
