Returned and bought 2 size S and am happy with the fit and comfort. They smooth out the tummy and above. It isn't one that's going to change your dress size so don't expect that but it does smooth out the small bulges so clothing looks better. Light weight so should be comfym on all but the hottest days.

**Q: I'm 5'2" 180 lbs what size do I get?**
A: I'm 5'8 241 lbs and I ordered a 4XL. I would probably would gone one more size down. It fits but it's a little loose. Hope this helps.

**Q: Does it show through the garmet**
A: No just kept rolling down

**Q: Dose it roll downfrom the top or toll up the leggs**
A: It rolled down the second I put it on. It fit well everywhere else but I had a very noticeable band on my back from it rolling down. No matter how many times I fixed it, it immediately rolled back down. No problems at all with the legs rolling up though.

**Q: Why did i receive the brand empetura instead of shapermint? i ordered them bc i know the shapermint is what i like but received something different.**
A: They're still sending the knock off brand out. I just received them too. Not what I ordered. I thought that was the point of ordering directly from the Shapermint store. Sending them back.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comfortable but….

Comfortable but the legs do ride up. The waist stays put and the garment is relatively easy to put on. The fit is as described and the sizing seems correct, As described, this is not going to flatten your tummy but rather will, and does smooth out the bumps. However the legs do ride up easily and become uncomfortable. I had to readjust them multiple times throughout the day and I was not hiking and climbing mountains here. Just sitting down and getting back up caused the things to shift. Walking any distance also had the same result. For this reason alone I cannot fully recommend them.
