If you're rolling it while it's collapsed, some folks use a dog leash (or similar) attached to the mesh at the top to roll it like a suitcase handle. If you roll it while it's raised, then the need to bend down is reduced dramatically making the rolling much easier. I trusted them and even had a back and forth with their customer service asking their advice and they told me to get a smaller crate. Well guess what. My pup outgrew it within a month. And I went off of THEIR recommendation. I asked them my options to return it for a bigger crate and they told me too BAD and closed my support ticket. Not even a care in the world for their customers. What a disappointment. Otherwise, I will say the crate itself is not worth the money. So we’ve had this product since April of 2020 and we absolutely love it. We were in the market of finding a crate that wasn’t the typical eye sore that are sold everywhere. We wanted something more modern and aesthetically appealing for our home while also, and most importantly, providing our new pup the comfort and safety that he deserved. The crate is top notch and the materials that are used to make it are high quality which should appease those on the fence regarding its price tag. Unlike the other crates on the market, the Diggs Revol provides us with the satisfaction of knowing that our Echo will be safe and secure in it while we’re away running errands or at work. It’s so easy to set up and even easier to fold it to travel with. Finally, their customer service has to be one of the best that we’ve ever had to interact with. They were quick to respond to our queries and more than able to efficiently assist us with a minor issue that we had with our crate. These crates are by FAR the best! They are attractive, extremely well built, and convenient. My dogs love them... First off, great care is taken in packaging and there are setup instructions right when you open the box. There are also some great demonstration videos on YouTube. I was immediately impressed with the quality and was very happy that it looks even better in person than in the pics. I ordered the small and it is the perfect size for my 10 pounder. My favorite feature is the door latch. It is so easy to open and close one handed. I don’t plan to collapse it often but it’s nice that it does collapse (and it’s so easy to do) if I ever do want to take it anywhere with us. Also the company has been great with quick replies to a couple of my questions. I’m so happy I decided to spend a little more on this quality crate.
