I then put it in a steamy bathroom and it settled down into just what I wanted, a bit of movement for a dress that is otherwise a little clingy and would have given it five stars except for the sizing...it is very small the XL is not a size 20 it is more like a size 14 and as a size 18 (I went bigger just in case) the flat lining layer is skin tight, so I have slit the sides to add more comfort.The quality is good for the price but you need to put some effort in to getting the layers to lay tight due to the vacuum packing. Nice layers and a goos length - I am five feet five and it is ankle length.Shame about the sizing but if you are aware you can allow for it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pleased with my purchase *by C***A on 25 September 2019* This is a good petticoat, I'm pleased with my purchase. I usually wear a small and it fits me well. I like that I can get volume at the bottom without adding a huge amount of volume at the hips.
