Slimming as well. Unlike the yellow and black neoprene diving suits this can at least be worn under clothes in the day if you don’t mind a slow sweat and not planning to be near anyone for very long. So whether you are working out or not, you can loose inches at all times. During workouts it gives me a good sweat strong soaking sweat without feeling constricted. I am a 8-10 and def prefer the S size even though it goes over my c cup boobs. I just pull it lower to allow my bra to sit over it but I can use it workout a bra then it just squeezes and holds my chest in place for me to do a workout. Sometimes I prefer it that way.It’s amazing and coupled it with leggings that have the silver lining and are similarly made, I choose to wear one for one day then goes into wash and the other the next to loose inches and cellulite around both my waist or legs.As you going a size smaller is best because it will be sung and do a better job of sweating and compresssing.
