Active pen works good to be frankly most of guys dont use it anyway i have attached a pic with just basic drawing feel kids will enjoy a lot with this white board.Touch was super responsive and so smooth you feel that after using for a while and video quality also good i don't find any thing bad.wifi and other things i see fast .boot time is super fast just 3 seconds to open your windows.its pretty amazing thanks for 1 TB ssdIf we come to the cons ,lap charger is getting too much heat and i say laptop charger not the laptop.Laptop has minor heat issues ,i dont consider this as my old hp lap having 16 gb ram it still makes sound and heats so i don't have complaints on heating.Battery life is not pretty good or bad im getting 5 to 6 hours if i work on my developement ,for seeing netfilx or prime or any streaming its 3 to 4 hours.i dont have problem with this but some others its a problem as i have continious power in home and office so its not a problem .As other complaints about warranty even i do have same problem which warranty starts 1 month before so i have contacted customer care and they have given email to send screenshot of laptop serial number and invoice from amazon to pop@lenovo.com , hopefully it will resolve . I'm saving your time instead of calling just directly send email as cc support takes 10 to 15 mins to pick your call ### ⭐⭐ Need replacement *by S***Y on Reviewed in India on 2 November 2021* I purchased this machine just before the pandemic last year, and it worked well for about three months. The first problem was the camera that intermittently shut off. It worked when an engineer visited, and I had to continue with the problem for another three months. The company then replaced the camera, and it worked for another three months before the problem began to recur. After several rounds of remote testing, the company replaced the camera again, and it worked for some more months before giving up. By now, the touch screen had also stopped functioning, and I noticed an over-heating issue. Repeated dismantling of the machine had also led to cracks on the back case around the screws. The touch screen is good, keypad spacing precision is good, the trackpad is perfect, the display is good even viewed under direct sunlight. Lite weight, the battery could have been better, but still good for some 'sedentary jobs'. Colour is exactly the same as in the image of this page. I felt much happier for its built quality. om my god... it is so solid and the lines are neat. Dolby audio is doing its job so good.
