Not a bad tasting marmalade
The marmalade was not bad tasting. I have had better Hartley marmalade and am still looking for what I knew from what I use to get in grocery stores

Amazing bitter orange!
Incredibly good! Pure pleasure in a jar!My husband hasn't eaten any sweets for about a year. Why bother?Then he baked British scones for my birthday and I got him this Hartley's Olde English Thick Cut Marmalade. Oh my gosh, I haven't seen him smile like that for ages - well worth the price!

Poor quality marmalade
This is a mass market cheaply made Marmalade. Had to unfortunately buy to discover its ingredients. Its 65% sugary stuff that is Glucose Syrup, Fructose Syrup, then sugar! Most quality Marmalade's skip the first two diabetic dangers and stick to sugar ( the lesser evil). Usually the best ones in the US just have sugar and are 12-13 oz.

Hsrtley’s Olde English Marmalade
Just like I remember from childhood. The first bite was delicious. Perfectly bitter without being overly bitter.
