It's suitable for a present as it comes in it's own presentation box.The brown colour is rich and elegant. This wallet is suitable for both male and female.It fits nicely into the hand and is small enough for smaller handbags but I'd say that it would be too fat for a man back trousers pocket.I've attached photo showing my wallet when it's full: 12 cards, £170 in £20 and £10 notes folded in half and about £10 in coins. The quality and feel of the leather is absolutely top-drawer and I’d say that the colour is very beautiful, being somewhere between cognac and conker. It feels both bespoke and hand-made and the skilled craftsmanship is very evident. It comes with a dust bag and high quality gift box, thus making it a most suitable present. What I particularly like is that it efficiently and snugly protects your most valuable cards from the potential damage of being scratched, compressed or bent yet offers generous room for you to comfortably extract a card quickly and easily when you need it, making it very finger-friendly. In addition there’s ample room for some cash if you wish to have some ready money on hand with your cards. If you add to these qualities the fact that it is RFID (radio-frequency identification) safe, then you know that whenever you’re in a high-traffic public area (especially airports, etc.), then your precious cards cannot be electronically read by low-life criminals. The wallet works well in this regard as today I tested it at an electronic point of sale (with the cashier’s permission) and my card wasn't recognised electronically when inside the wallet. I do not use the card wallet for loyalty cards, etc., as these are not as precious as my bank/credit cards and so I find I have plenty of room for my important plastic plus some cash. Lastly I would strongly suggest that this card wallet is most suitable for men or women, not just women as the Amazon UK description states. As regards the product itself, I am extremely satisfied with product, it is well made and looks attractive. The only criticism I have is that the individual card holders could do with being smaller or have a cut out so the cards can be seen more easily. That comment aside I am very pleased with it and the service from the seller.
