I only received the lights with no paper lanterns and I need the lanterns for 10/10/20** A: These are only the lights. You have to purchase the lanterns separately **Q: How do you replace the batteries???** A: I don't see where the battery can be replaced, but I will tell you that l had them on 24hrs a day for 5 days straight and they remained brightly lit. I was surprised how long the batteries lasted. I took them down and will reuse them for my next shindig. For the price even if the batteries can't be replaced I think they are a bargain. Remember I had them on for 24 hours, they would last longer if turned off during daylight. **Q: Are the plastic tabs easliy accesable if they're already up?** A: If they are hanging down inside a lantern, they would need to be pulled out by the string. **Q: How do i contact someone because i only received the lights with no paper lanterns! and i need them for 10/10/20!** A: The lights do not come with anything.
