My son has done it a few times in these but has decreased the behavior slightly. To avoid it entirely you must have long pants. I decided to buy more.........mistake. Quality is very hit/miss. Some come with seams already separated, some the seams are lose and come apart with a simple pull. If you have a sewing machine, you better run some stitches over any tension areas or they will not last. The design is a great idea. The manufacture workmanship says these are WAY overpriced. The item has a hole in it which I find ridiculous seeing as how expensive it is.
