Review: MOST POWERFUL IVE USED FOR BUILDING MUSCLE - DEFINITE IGF EFFECT - I take a battery of supplements mostly in the general health and antioxidant area. My supplement plan is based on the super foods like chlorella, spirulina, astaxanthin, wheat grass, and then the anti-inflammatories like curcumin, omegas 3 6 7 9, ETC- I also take supplements for working out and endurance mostly L Arginine and protein from Syntha 6 but have used high quality deer antler and some creatines. My body is extremely sensitive and I can only take so much of most of these types before I get signs that it's just too much (I am 48 and long time lifter). I had been reading on the benefits of colostrum (mostly bovine) and was excited to begin using it for at least the added energy and immunity- I loaded in the first bottle at 2 per day and then went to 6 per day with this product - I am on my second bottle now and had to cut back because my body began giving me the telltale signs to curb my intake. My results when fully ramped up were DRAMATIC on my physique. My muscles began began hardening and my musculature began filling in in all places - and my strength greatly increased as well as endurance. My vascularity popped and I got very ripped on this - I didn't even have to work out that hard and I was getting very noticeably cut in areas like my shoulders - with each layered muscle popping out and it also SLIMMED me dramatically- I did a fair amount of additional reading on this and the GOAT colostrum is superior in its absorption. There is also quite a large amount of info on colostrom increasing IGF factors and I think it really turns the key to starting that engine of production in your body.
