Las pieles con dermatitis atópica o algún tipo de alergia,  deben tener mucho cuidado con el tipo de intensidad que usan, y creo que también con el aditamento ya que puede ocasionar irritaciones. No saca muchos puntos la verdad creo que funciona más como una microdermoabrasión y ahí es donde hay que tener cuidado de no irritarte. Al final la dermatitis me la quite con aceite de coco. :0(
