Review: Excellent value for the price. - This is a great speaker, very loud and clear. Well built with a good paint finish, it will hold up to the Michigan weather its going to be exposed to. Very happy with this speaker so far. I would buy it again if the need ever arose and I would recommend it to any emergency personnel looking for equipment for their vehicle. Please note this is a heavy speaker, metal not plastic, you will need a firm mounting spot to support it.

It is mounted on the headache rack of my 1 ton Ram 3500 truck facing the rear. I did not want it sticking above, not enough room in the engine compartment and I drive in too much water to put it in the bumper. It is very loud. I have it connected to a Show-Me control box. On a run the other day, the firefighters as the station could hear me over a half mile away. I would buy it again if needed.

I bought this because it said it was 2" wide and felt it would fit well behind the grill of my 2020 GMC Acadia. I have not yet tried to install it but is feels heavy duty and well built. Just not 2" wide as I was hoping.
