Know what you're buying.
This could've been either 2 stars or 4 stars..These seem to be one of those products that puts form over function. The design is great. the buttons are well placed, the setup is child's play, and the materials are really sexy. The function, however, is lacking in my opinion. The noise cancelling is mehh.. But I guess it's about the level you'll get in this price range. I have some wired headphones that cost about this much and the noise cancelling is about the same. You'll still be able to hear the person in the cube talking next to you, but the background noise will be less noticeable. These aren't Bose and they don't claim to be.The sound quality is.. OK. The bass is a little lacking for me. The aforementioned wired headphones that I own have a much better bass response. They aren't exactly what I define as "over ear" headphones either. To me, those envelop your ear. These will cover your ear, but the majority of covering is just padding (not sound). That's a minor gripe. The convenience is great with the rechargeable aspect, and obviously the wireless. So if your priorities are nice design with a good feature set, and convenience is key, you will be pretty satisfied with these. If premium sound quality is your jam, then you're probably better served elsewhere.

These sounded great - as long as I didn't wander more than 8 feet from the computer. And they sounded great right up until 8 months later when they totally died without even a whimper. I didn't use them more than a few hours a week. I think it's reasonable to expect them to last longer than that.UPDATE - after posting this review, they did give me several options and I took a full refund. Hopefully they get their problems solved with this item because these do have good sound. 5 Stars for their customer service!

Short battery life, lasted less than a year, buy something else
I bought these headphones in December of 2016. It is now August 2017 and I can no longer use them as the band that goes over the head has broken and there is no way to repair that. See other reviewers photos for pictures of what your headphones will mostly likely eventually do. I kept mine in the case that came with the headphones when not in use and I believe that may be why they "lasted as long as they did." Still, less than a year is awful for the price.5 stars goes to style. These headphones got a lot of attention. 3 1/2 stars for sound. They were mostly noise cancellation. I asked friends if they could hear my music when I had them on and they could not. However, I still heard a lot of outside noise when I was walking outside in public. 0 stars for longevity. I would expect these to last at least a couple years and they did not so that is extremely frustrating. 0 stars for battery life. I cannot believe how little the battery lasted. This was my daily schedule with these headphones: 40 minute bus ride to work, charge for 4 hours, 2 hour workout at gym, charge for 3 hours, 1 hour bus ride home. And repeat. If I used them outside of this amount of time without a charge it would die. These cannot be used for even 4 hours straight. Mostly likely only at nearly full volume, but almost full volume wasn't even that loud and you would definitely have to have the volume a bit higher if you didn't want to hear everything around you. I literally had to carry the charger everywhere I went! Not ideal.Overall I would never buy these headphones again and would advise others to look elsewhere.

No range, battery just ok, airplanes still audible.
Sound cancelling is nowhere hear the higher priced headphones, just to say...when people compare the two, it isn't a real argument to make. The Bose headphones cancel out so much more in terms of surrounding environment...these dull down the environment a bit, but not substantially. You will still hear an airplane flying overhead, which I only know because I'm wearing these right now, I have the active noise canceling on, and I can still make out the airplane above. Anyway, they are a bit on the tight side, and they don't cover your whole ear, so the pressure applied can limit the amount of time you'll want to wear them. Also, a review (or maybe it's in the ad itself) says you can walk 40 ft away and remain connected. Not so. I can barely get 15 ft away without the signal cracking. I would be happy with 40ft, 15 is far to small a functional range to be very useful as a bluetooth/wireless headphone. The sound is fine for the price, but if you're getting these, and it's for the added features, you might want to just wait and save up a little more for a higher quality product.

Good sounding headphones that wont last you long…
New Review:I've had these headphones for three months now and when I went to take them off my head they broke. (Shown in picture)They now don't sit right on my head so are pretty much a waste of my money. They also make this high pitched squealing noise whenever I don't have the noise cancellation on.If you are using them in Bluetooth mode the battery only last about 4 hours until they start making an annoying noise to charge them or plug the headphone cord in.I used these ONLY at work they never left my desk, so they weren't overly abused.I am overall disappointed in this purchase.Old Review:They have great sound and the mic and Bluetooth work well.I use them at work and the noise cancellation is a nice added bonus.I think my only complaint is the headphones look semi-retro with brown and silver in pictures but when I received them they were more of a rose gold and brown which is not really my style. Wish I would have got the regular Silver and Black.
