**Q: What is the output capacity?**
A: 20000mAh is a value what shows a battery capacity. It is not 100% correct but to simplify it I would say it is an equivalent of an amount of energy a battery can hold. It does not matter what current you use - 1A or 2A as long as it is within of battery operational range. In both cases it is the same amount of energy what can be provided by battery. You just will consume it faster or slower, but energy amount still the same in both cases. 
It is important to understand that energy saved in a battery is used not only to charge something. There is a chip/convertor inside, what will take some amount of energy needed to produce a desired output current/voltage, so some energy will be used to warm up an air outside of that chip :) If that conversion is not efficient, it will waste a lot of energy and overall efficiency rate will be low. So if is capable to charge iPhone 11 Pro only 4 times before full discharge, then it means 3050*4=12200mAh of energy used to charge iPhone, while 20000-12200=7800mAh will be wasted just to warm up the air around. It explains why it shows 20000mAh (battery capacity) in a description, but only 12200mAh used to charge your device. Also, in common case the more the current is, the less efficiency rate will be. It means with 1A current you may charge iPhone 4 times, however, if you take 2A, it probably will be enough only for 3 charges. (all numbers are approx, just to demonstrate an idea).
So, if your power bank is warm\hot during charging a phone, it means it uses low quality\low efficient convertor, what is wasting a lot of energy saved in a battery.

**Q: Is the usb c port for input only or can it be used to charge a phone with rapid charging with a usb c to usb c cord?**
A: Agreed with getkyle. The seller's response is incorrect. It can charge up to three devices at once. It can charge from both the two standard usb-a ports as well as charge at PD and QC standard through usb-c. You can also charge the battery bank through the usb-c port so it acts both as in/out and it is labeled as so on the device

A: Yes, it can support fast charging for your phones. It can fuel your iPhone 14 up to 61% in 30 minutes. You may have more time to enjoy yourself!

**Q: What 5A/2A charger do you recommend?, product#? I would like to purchase this, but i dont want to guess at what wall charger to buy.**
A: I suggest the Samsung USB-C Super Fast Charging Wall Charger-25W PD Charger Adapter with Type-C Cable. For the fastest recharging time with this power bank, use a newer wall charger that has a usb-c socket with an output of 5 volts and capable of at least 18-25 watts thru it's usb-c socket. Lower wattage charging blocks will likely work, but will charge this power bank much slower, and may not be able to fully charge this power bank.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ “Best Portable Charger I’ve Ever Had” -Battery Bank Fanatic

I never ever write reviews. I felt compelled to write a review for this product because it truly is that good. There was no incentive for this review, and I am in no way affiliated with this company. I do happen to take think this is the best 20,000mAh power bank on the market by far, and I was surprised because I thought I was stepping down in quality since the price was lower than usual. I had been buying Anker in the past, but their prices were higher than ever, so I was looking for a cheaper bank that still did what I wanted, and oh boy did it. I love this little device. I keep it in my backpack always, and it never seems to discharge without me actually using it. It’ll stay at 100%, I think that’s because of the modern type of battery they used which at the time I bought this was pretty new and only in a handful of power banks, so I thought they were lying when I saw it in this one for such a low price. Best power bank I’ve ever had, hands down, and I got it because it was far cheaper than the others at the time I bought it. It charges devices faster than any power bank in similar price range. It says it is 20,000mAh capacity, but it lasts far longer than any other battery pack claiming the same capacity. It has a convenience flashlight that I’ve actually used a handful of times in a pinch. It can charge 3 devices at once, has two extremely fast USB type A ports, and even has a USB type C port that is still a fast charger compared to other battery packs, but is slower than the type A which are lightning fast. It doesn’t get that hot when charging compared to other high end battery packs. One unique feature is the USB-C that serves as input doubles as an output. This is super cool because every other charger that I could find at the time of purchase had an input which couldn’t output. It was purely an input. This power bank is also incredibly light for 20,000mAh, and fits in my pocket with my phone without being incredibly burdensome. I think it’s probably half the size and maybe a quarter to a third the weight of my first charger (from Anker many many years ago) which was supposed to be 26,800mAh, but didn’t last as long as this one. Not sure if this company replaces broken chargers but I would bet they do because it says they have a 3 year warranty. Anker will replace broken power banks basically with no questions asked within 18 months of purchase, and I had to use that one time, so if they replace them without making you prove you didn’t break it or whatever then this company has twice the warranty (at less than half the price at the time I purchased). I think that is why the battery bank is such high quality. They don’t want it breaking within 3 years, so they use the highest quality materials. It really is nice in the hand and you can tell it is high quality. Mine is barely scratched after being used and abused almost daily for so long now. I’ve had this product for at least a year now, I think longer, and I recently went to Hawaii and didn’t need to charge my Bose portable speaker or iPhone 12 Pro Max until the end of day 5 of the trip, and I used both frequently each day. The portable charger charged my phone like 4 times over as well as my speaker. Overall this is the best portable charger in this capacity range hands down, and I am a portable charger fanatic and have owned many mostly Anker power banks over the years. Definitely get this charger as long as the price is still low and it’s available!
