Delivered within 5 days and the delivery men were outstanding even during the lockdown, they were equipped with PPE and were very helpful distancing and placed inside the door for me. The machine is just amazing, huge door on the front, easy to learn digital display, the book takes you through everything, it is super quiet and so efficient, it gauges the weight of your load and selects energy and water consumption accordingly, also length of wash. The Wi-Fi app is easy to download on your phone and set up, step by step instructions. You can 'snap and wash' (take a picture of your washing and provides a suggested cycle Remotely via mobile phone.)… It also has a 10 year parts guarantee included and I easily set up a labour and call out insurance service via their registration process. I have had a Candy washing machine for over 30 years, this is my second I highly recommend Candy.
