Imposible to stir it, any ideas? as I' ve just found out that I can't return it** A: you cannot "Return" nut butters for a Completely Natural state - hardening - which I've found in every brand I've bought over the decades. use a spike ( like scissors ) to gently pierce down into the solid as far as will go at first, and move slightly to allow a trickle of oil to go down : remove spike slowly and repeat this many times until slowly the ' solid ' begins to lose its strength. gradually - Patiently - weaken the mass until you can begin to -stir ' lumps ' about a little and mixing strong grip plus CAREFULNESS! you may avoid a big Slosh as oil and clods leap out of the jar. soon at least the top of the butter will be usable, and if a jar keeps hardening-up between usags, I add just 3 drops of olive oil to soften the top layer each time I open that jar.
